These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and legal relationships between Gigi Antwerp and the consumer. In the event of any conflict, the agreement shall prevail.

By visiting and using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
To place an order, you must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
All content on this website, including texts, images, product photography, designs, and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights.
3. APPLICABILITY
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Gigi Antwerp and to every agreement concluded through the webshop.
These Terms and Conditions are made available to the consumer prior to the conclusion of the agreement.
4. INFORMATION AND CHANGES
Although Gigi Antwerp takes great care in compiling the information on this website, technical, typographical, or content-related errors may occur.
Gigi Antwerp reserves the right to modify the content of this website at any time.
5. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the applicable conditions.
After placing an order, the consumer will receive an electronic order confirmation.
Gigi Antwerp reserves the right to refuse an order where legally permitted or where there are indications of fraud or misuse.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Payments must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Gigi Antwerp uses secure payment environments.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments where necessary.
Any delivery times stated are indicative and do not give rise to any right to compensation.
If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

9. COMPLAINTS POLICY
Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after discovery via contact@gigiantwerp.com.
Gigi Antwerp will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
If a complaint is found to be justified, an appropriate solution will be offered.
10. LIABILITY
Gigi Antwerp shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of its products.
The liability of Gigi Antwerp shall be limited to the value of the relevant order, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Gigi Antwerp that wholly or partially prevents the fulfilment of the agreement.
In the event of force majeure, Gigi Antwerp has the right to suspend the performance of the agreement.
If the force majeure situation continues for more than 30 days, either party has the right to terminate the agreement without entitlement to compensation.
12. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
Gigi Antwerp guarantees that the products supplied conform to the agreement and meet the reasonable expectations that consumers may have.
The statutory warranty rights provided under applicable European consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights relating to the website, its content, and the products offered remain the property of Gigi Antwerp or its licensors.
No part of the website may be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
14. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Gigi Antwerp.
By using the website, the consumer acknowledges having read and accepted this Privacy Policy.
15. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers within the European Union may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:

The use of this platform does not affect the consumer’s right to bring a claim before a competent court.
16. GOVERNING LAW
All agreements between Gigi Antwerp and the consumer shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gigi Antwerp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version applicable to an order shall be the version available on the website at the time the order was placed.
