How quickly will my order be shipped?
We carefully package every order and ship within 2–3 business days.
For Belgium and the Netherlands, we mainly work with Bpost and PostNL.
For international shipments, depending on the destination, we also use DPD, FedEx, and other reliable shipping partners.
Shipping costs start from €5.95 for Belgium and the Netherlands, with free shipping on orders over €50.
For Germany and Austria, free shipping applies to orders over €100.
The current shipping costs for other countries will be displayed during checkout.
If your country is not listed or you have a special shipping request, please feel free to contact us.
Can I return my order?
Yes. For orders within the European Union, you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw your order.
After you have registered your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Items must be unused and, if applicable, include their original packaging and labels.
Return costs are for the buyer's account.
Personalised products, gift vouchers, and sealed hygiene or care products with broken seals cannot be returned.
You can request a return via your customer account or by contacting us via email.
How do I care for my Gigi items?
Many of our dog beds, clothing, and accessories are washable, but each item requires its own care.
Therefore, you will find the corresponding washing and care instructions for each product on its product page.
Available sizes and size charts are also listed with the respective item.
This way, you know exactly how to keep your favorite Gigi items looking great and which size best fits your dog.
Where are Gigi's products made in Antwerp?
We select our collections not only for their appearance but also for their quality, materials, and craftsmanship.
A large part of our collection is made in Italy, supplemented with carefully selected products from Spain and Portugal, among other countries.
For certain items, we collaborate with specialized producers in China, where there is a lot of high-quality textile production and technical craftsmanship.
For us, it's not the country on the label that determines quality, but how and with what care a product is made.
That's why we consciously choose our brands, suppliers, and products, and we strive for quality that you and your dog will enjoy for a long time.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
The correct size varies by brand and product.
That's why you'll find a size chart on the product page for our dog clothing, harnesses, and other size-dependent accessories.
Always measure your dog according to the indicated measuring points and compare them with the size chart of the specific item.
Is your dog a bit anxious or does he find a measuring tape scary? Then use a soft piece of string or a shoelace.
Place it loosely around the spot you want to measure, mark where the ends meet, and then measure the string with a ruler or tape measure.
