🔄 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For orders placed within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

After notifying us of your return request, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused;
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it;
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including any labels or tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Please send an e-mail to contact@gigiantwerp.com including:

  • Your order number;
  • The item(s) you wish to return.

You will then receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Returns that have not been requested in advance may be refused.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@gigiantwerp.com so that we can provide an appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

If approved, the purchase amount for the returned item(s) will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your return or after you have provided proof that the package has been sent back.

EXCHANGES

Would you like a different size, colour, or product?
You may return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products;
  • Sealed hygiene and grooming products where the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Gift cards.
